- Do children have to wear socks to play? Yes, children are required to wear socks to play. Adults do not.
- Can you bring in a sack lunch for open play? Yes, you may bring in a lunch to play.
- Do we have to stay with the children or can we drop them off? Adults are required to stay with children.
- Do you offer Military Discount? We do on the Admission for the weekends are Birthday Parties.
- Can we leave and come back? Yes, your admission is good ALL Day until closing.
- For birthday parties, what ages count in the package? Ages 1-12 are counted.
- Does the birthday child count in the package? Yes, however you get a free admission pass for your
next admission for the birthday child.
- What do you have for babies to do? We have a great toddler area appropriate for children 3 and under.
- How early can we get into the party room to set up? We give you 10-15 minutes ahead of time to set up.
We might be able to get you in a little sooner depending on if the room is available.
- What is the deposit to book a party? $100.00 is required to book and the deposit is taken off your final
bill.
- Is the deposit refundable? The Deposit is non-refundable but if you need to change a date or a time,
we will help you with that.
- Can I book my party over the phone? Absolutely!
- Do you offer additional time in the party room? We do for an additional charge.
